The section below supplements that policy for this product deployment only.
Hosting, logs, APIs
Operation of Smart Kalender on cal.doppeltplus.com involves technical logs, sessions, and API traffic as reasonably needed for security, availability, and prevention of misuse (similar rationale to §4 above on the corporate site).
Organizer accounts
Accounts require data such as name, email, username, password (securely hashed), and time zone, Legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the usage contract with this Service.
Connected calendars & conferencing (OAuth)
Optional integration with providers such as Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 / Outlook, and Zoom may involve tokens and calendar-related metadata. Provider terms and possible third-country transfers apply additionally. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and, where relevant, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Guest bookings
Guests submit booking data handled to perform the appointment and forwarded to organizers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and, where consent UI is shown, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Payment via organizer Shopware store
Checkout may route personal and order data to the organizer-linked Shopware deployment; those operators act as controllers for that processing.
Platform subscriptions (Stripe)
Billing data may be processed through Stripe where paid plans exist. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(c).
Transactional email uses SMTP or a comparable provider. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(f).
Embedded booking widgets
Embedding on third-party pages still subjects the booking flow to this annex; host sites apply their own policies.
