Terms of Service

Effective: May 6, 2026

1. Provider and scope

At https://www.doppeltplus.de we are not aware of a single public “terms and conditions” page covering every corporate service; legal information is primarily provided through the Imprint and Privacy policy. These Terms govern only use of the scheduling product “Smart Kalender von Doppeltplus” (the “Service”).

The Service is operated by doppeltplus GmbH, Eckenerstraße 68, 52078 Aachen, Germany, phone +49 (0) 241 894386720, info@doppeltplus.de; full corporate details (legal representatives, registers) are stated in the Imprint at https://www.doppeltplus.de/impressum.

The Service is available at https://cal.doppeltplus.com and any other product URLs announced by doppeltplus GmbH. General corporate information is available at https://www.doppeltplus.de. These Terms apply to the Service; other pages on the corporate site may provide additional context where not inconsistent.

By registering or using the Service you accept the then-current Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

2. Description of the Service

The Service lets registered users (“organizers”) create booking pages and event types, manage availability, schedule workshops with capacity limits, send notifications, embed booking UI on external sites, and connect external calendar or conferencing providers (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Zoom) where enabled.

There is no claim to permanent availability of any specific feature unless expressly agreed in writing; the product evolves over time.

3. Formation of contract and account

The contract partner is you and doppeltplus GmbH. You must complete registration truthfully and protect your credentials; you remain responsible for activities under your account.

4. Organizer obligations toward guests

Organizers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to what they publish and sell (including consumer disclosures and paid services). Organizers indemnify doppeltplus GmbH against third-party claims resulting from breaches attributable to them.

5. Free and paid plans; payments

Pricing and plan features are presented on the product site at signup or upgrade. Paid use may be billed through third-party processors (platform subscriptions via Stripe once enabled on the deployment).

Payments between guests and organizers via the organizer's own Shopware store constitute a contractual relationship principally between guest and organizer (or shop operator) and are governed by their terms unless stated otherwise here.

6. Privacy

Product-specific data processing is described in the Privacy Policy on cal.doppeltplus.com. General corporate notices are also available at https://www.doppeltplus.de/datenschutz.

7. Conduct

You must not use the Service to:

8. Availability

We aim for high availability and may announce maintenance windows when reasonable. Continuous, defect-free operation is not guaranteed.

9. Liability

Statutory warranties for consumers remain unaffected where applicable.

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and pursuant to statutory product-liability regimes. For simple negligence violating an essential duty, liability is capped at foreseeable, typical contract damages; essential duties enable the contract's purpose in the first place. Otherwise we are not liable for simple negligence.

10. Term and termination

You may close your account via the functionality provided where available. Paid plans follow their advertised billing and cancellation cadence unless explicitly stated differently.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or where continued operation would be unacceptable for material legal or technical reasons.

11. Miscellaneous

The laws of Germany apply, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain available. For merchants, venue follows applicable statutory rules (see Imprint).

If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect; invalid provisions are replaced by a valid clause closest in commercial purpose.
